How does the credit system work?
Purchase credit packages upfront at discounted rates. Each service costs a specific number of credits. Credits never expire and can be used for any service type.
What file formats do you support?
We accept all standard ECU file formats from major reading tools including Kess, Ktag, CMD, PCMFlash, and others. If you're unsure, contact us before uploading.
What's your turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is 1-2 hours during business hours (Mon-Sat, 9:00-18:00 EET). Express service available for urgent requests at additional cost.
Do you offer corrections?
Yes, if the file doesn't work as expected due to our error, we provide free corrections. Just upload the original file again with details about the issue.
How do I become a partner?
Create an account and complete your workshop profile. Our team will verify your information and activate your account within 24 hours.
What ECU types do you support?
We support 500+ ECU types from all major manufacturers including Bosch, Siemens, Continental, Delphi, Denso, Marelli, Valeo, and Visteon. If you have an ECU not on our list, contact us - we can usually add support quickly or work with our provider network to find a solution.
What reading tools are compatible?
We accept files from all major ECU reading/writing tools including Kess V2, Ktag, CMD Flash, PCMFlash, Autotuner, Trasdata, Dimsport, Alientech, Magic Motorsport, BitBox, Flex, and NewGenius. If you use a different tool, contact us before uploading.
Is express service available on weekends?
Yes, our express service is available 24/7 including weekends and holidays. Express requests are processed within 30-60 minutes and cost 50% additional credits. This is ideal for urgent customer situations where time is critical.
What if I need a service not listed?
Contact us with your specific requirements. We can handle custom requests including TVA delete, IMMO off, speed limiter adjustments, mileage correction support files, and other specialized modifications. Custom work is quoted on a case-by-case basis.
